Parish Lunch

Following the January morning service 20+ of the congregation adjourned to the Pembroke Inn, Tenbury Wells, for a splendid lunch. Andrew and his team did us proud once again and a good time was had by all.

Churchyard Flowers

As we write daffodils are blooming in gardens and verges but to date slow progress is being made by the daffodils in the churchyard, with only a few flowering on the east side of the church. It is difficult to say at the moment whether we will be able to hold the annual ‘Daffodil Daze’ but there will be a good show of primroses and other wild flowers in the late spring/early summer.

Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Race

Blue skies and wall to wall sunshine greeted a good crowd for the annual Pancake Race hosted, as usual, by Alan and Ysy Wozencroft. It was a close finish for the adult race and Phoebe Nash just pipped Amy Gill to the post. The children's race was won by Imogen Nash closely followed home by Callum Gill. We all enjoyed Alan's pancakes, washed down with sherry, coffee and tea. Grateful thanks to Alan and Ysy.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the PCC will take place on Monday 14th March and anyone on the church electoral roll is warmly welcome.
